Where are you based?
We travel between Greece and Australia for each summer wedding season to provide comprehensive, on-the-ground support for our couples. During the planning phase of your special day, Georgie and Alex will be available for you online or over the phone to offer suggestions, answer your queries or even to reassure you when you need it.
How far in advance should I book your services?
Designing and planning a wedding will take roughly a year (or sometimes longer) so we suggest getting in contact with us as soon as you are ready. We usually try to lock in weddings between 8 –14 months in advance. If you are intending on having a smaller wedding or elopement, then the timeline can be more flexible. A deposit is required to secure your date and our services. Once confirmed, we begin our journey together to bring your wedding to life.
How should I budget for my wedding?
We understand that this is a personal decision for each couple. We encourage our couples to assess their wedding budget based on a few key factors:

Do you accept commissions?
We are completely transparent with our fees. We have chosen a flat fee structure for all of our services and any discount that we receive we will pass on to our couples. For this reason, it is essential to lock in our services before booking your vendors, as we have built strong relationships in the industry, and we can negotiate with vendors on your behalf.
Do you have a recommended vendor/supplier list?
Yes, we do! We have been fortunate enough to work alongside talented vendors and suppliers in Greece. We choose vendors based on their quality of work, and their professionalism, which is vital in ensuring that your wedding day runs seamlessly and cohesively. We work within your budget to select vendors who can be trusted to bring your vision to life.
If you select our coordination service, we will provide 1-2 suggestions for vendors/suppliers while carefully considering your location, budget and style preference. We provide you with fees, availabilities, websites and social links of the vendors so you can see their previous work and make an informed decision.
If you have already locked in your dream vendors or perhaps know which vendor or supplier you would like to hire, we will gladly liaise with their team on your behalf.

How many days should I spend in Greece for my destination wedding?
Our couples are often travelling or have guests from all over the world, therefore we recommend that you make the most of the opportunity to experience the Greek Islands and turn your event into a celebration that lasts. Explore Ios and immerse yourself in the beauty and culture of the Mediterranean, your wedding will be a getaway you and your guests remember forever.
Please note that for a civil ceremony you will need at least three days to process the paperwork in Ios.
How will we communicate with you?
Where possible, we love sitting down with our couples over coffee or a glass of wine. However, we are always available over the phone, or via video call, if our couples are based interstate or overseas.
